Who can review

Only customers with a completed quote request with a business can leave a review — one review per completed request.

What makes a good review

• Honest and based on your own experience.
• About the service, communication and result.
• No offensive language, threats or discrimination.
• No personal information such as phone numbers or addresses.

Moderation

Every review is checked by our team before it appears. Reviews that break these guidelines are not published. Ratings are calculated only from approved reviews.

Reporting

If a business listing or review looks wrong, use the “Report” link. Reports are reviewed by a person; nothing is removed automatically.
